SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Hire, supervise, direct, and evaluate staff
• Collaborate to create, plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate Agency programs
• Cultivate and solicit sponsorships and individual donations
• Identify and develop new funding sources while strengthening relationships with donors and grantors
QUALIFICATIONS:
• MSW or masters degree from an accredited program in a relevant field
• Minimum of five years experience in a social service or community agency
• Comprehensive management skills and experience required
• Knowledge of Jewish values, traditions and ethics
• Experience working with a non-profit board of directors
