The next program of our Davening, Dinner and Discussion series will be on February 3rd, discussing the Ethics of Altering the Human Genome, and the panel will be Dr. Melanie Ehrlich, Professor of Human Genetics at Tulane University School of Medicaine, Dr. Karen Remer-Weissbecker, Associate Professor with the Department of Psychiatry and Director of Graduate Studies at the Hayward Genetics Center at Tulane University School of Medicine, and Rabbi Michael Cohen, Rabbi of the Jewish Community Day School.
Services begin at 6:30 PM and are followed by a delicious dinner and provocative discussion.
