The Jewish Federation of Greater New Orleans is now accepting applications for the 2022-2024 Katz-Phillips Leadership Development Class.

But what is Katz-Phillips (or KP as it’s commonly called) – what is its purpose and why should you commit to it? How are participants chosen and how many are chosen? What does the class learn during the monthly sessions? Why is the Israel trip so important (and what about Covid)? What happens after graduation?

This Zoom forum is for those interested in learning more about the program and/or applying to be a part of the 2022-2024 Class (and who are between the ages of 28-45).  All of these questions, and more, will be addressed during the forum. In addition, selected past graduates will be sharing their experiences and how they personally benefitted from the KP Program.
