The Honorable Judge Sol and Jackie Gothard JWV Women's Speaker Series is a celebration of the lives of the Gothards, two of Post 580's most cherished members, and a way to recognize the roles and contributions of Jewish Women in persevering the legacy of Jewish American military service. It is Post 580's intent to host annually a Jewish Woman or Civilian to discuss the service and sacrifices of American Jews during a period in country's history in memory of the Gothards during Veterans Day activities. This is the first anniversary of the inauguration of the series.
