The Hadassah Readers’ Circle will host a free event with author Saul Golubcow on his book, The Cost of Living and Other Mysteries, which features a former philosophy professor who escaped the Holocaust and became a private detective in the U.S.
Saul Golubcow will discuss how and why crimes are committed through the lens of his fictional detective, Frank Wolf. The author will put attendees to work with him to understand how his book was constructed. Additionally, in keeping with Hadassah’s current thematic focus on the empowerment of women, the author will explain his portrayal of women in his stories and how their depiction will change in his forthcoming novel featuring Frank Wolf, Who Killed the Rabbi’s Wife.
Registration for the in-person discussion is required. To register go to: https://hadassahhub.wufoo.com/forms/new-orleans-readers-circle-february-discussion/
